About CSPE

Formerly Ten Thousand Doors, the Centre for Supportive Palliative Education builds on its roots in community-based end-of-life companioning while expanding into a structured professional training model.

CSPE bridges relational wisdom with modern healthcare realities, preparing non-medical practitioners to collaborate respectfully within interdisciplinary systems while remaining grounded in presence and ethical clarity.

Palliative Pathway
Tuesdays at 10 AM MST or 7 PM MST
Attend one session per week. Recordings provided.

Grief Integration Series
Wednesdays at 7 PM MST
One live session per week. Recordings provided.
