About CSPE
Formerly Ten Thousand Doors, the Centre for Supportive Palliative Education builds on its roots in community-based end-of-life companioning while expanding into a structured professional training model.
CSPE bridges relational wisdom with modern healthcare realities, preparing non-medical practitioners to collaborate respectfully within interdisciplinary systems while remaining grounded in presence and ethical clarity.Â
